Raymond Leigh is a private investment group built for business owners who’ve spent years building something that matters. Whether we’re acquiring the business directly or advising through a private sale process, everything we do is built around trust, discretion, and deep respect for what you’ve built.
This isn’t just business. It’s personal.
Raymond Leigh exists to help founders step into their next chapter with clarity, confidence, and real alignment — whether we’re acquiring the business directly or guiding you through a thoughtful sale.
We partner with business owners who’ve built something meaningful and want to explore what’s next without the noise of a typical process. Some work with us as a quiet, committed buyer — backed by long-term capital from private equity, family offices, and strategic groups. Others choose to lean on our advisory side, trusting us to run a discreet, structured exit process designed around their goals, not ours.
Either way, the outcome is the same: a transition handled with care, a legacy protected, and a founder who feels understood every step of the way.
We work exclusively with U.S. and Canadian companies doing $2M–$30M in EBITDA across:
- Manufacturing & Distribution
- Industrial Services
- Consumer Products
- Business & Professional Services
- Residential & Commercial Services
This isn’t about chasing volume. It’s about building trust with the right founders — and helping them navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives with the same intentionality they used to build their business.
No two founders are the same. But there are common reasons business owners turn to us — not because they have to sell, but because it’s time to start thinking about what’s next.
1. You’re ready to retire — and want to protect your people
2. You’re burned out — and want a clean exit
3. You want to stay on in a reduced role and ease into the next chapter
4. You’ve taken the business as far as you want — and want someone aligned to take it further
5. You see untapped potential — and want a partner to help unlock it
